Help shape the curriculum that
hires your next analyst.
Africa has roughly 20,000 certified cyber professionals against tens of thousands of unfilled roles. The blocker is not interest — it is alignment between what training produces and what employers actually need on day 1. Join the Council and we will close that gap together.

Why this matters to your business
Hiring junior cyber talent is a numbers problem we can solve together.
~20,000
certified cyber professionals in all of Africa
Across 54 African countries, fewer than one in twenty practising cyber professionals hold any formal industry certification — making certification-aligned training the highest-leverage intervention available.

unemployed SA youth with no prior work experience
The single biggest barrier identified by Stats SA is the experience trap — employers will not hire without experience, and learners cannot get experience without being hired.

What Council members get — in writing.
Curriculum refreshed every quarter
Every 90 days the curriculum is reviewed against the live job postings of our Employer Advisory Council. Anything no longer required by hiring managers is retired; anything new is added before the next cohort starts.
Employer Advisory Council
A standing committee of African employers (banks, MSSPs, parastatals, fintechs) who set the bar for what “job ready” means. Founding members shape the curriculum, run mock interviews and receive priority access to graduates.
Verifiable Workplace-Ready Letter
Every learner who completes the programme receives a code-verifiable letter signed by the Programme Director, listing per-skill scores. Employers confirm authenticity in one click at /verify — no phone calls, no fraud risk.
Direct introduction to our hiring pipeline
Top-quartile graduates are introduced — by name and with portfolio — to a curated short-list of Council employers each month. We do not charge placement fees; we charge for the training that produces hire-ready candidates.
Free retake if not interview-ready
If a learner completes 100 % of the programme and does not receive a single interview from the Council pipeline within six months, they retake the entire programme — free. We absorb the cost. Our skin is in the game.
Three tiers
Pick the level of involvement that suits your team.
There are no fees. The only currency is your time — because the only thing that closes the cyber-skills gap is employers and trainers being in the same room.
