Scholarships for the unwaged. Funded by employers.
Every quarter we award 30 fully-funded and 50 half-fee seats on the Pamoja Cyber Pathway. Same outcome, same letter, same Council pipeline introductions — no different from a paying learner. The only difference is who picks up the bill.
How the scholarship line works.
No PR theatre. No corporate-marketing tax. Three steps, transparent at every layer.
Employers fund it.
Every B2B cohort invoice has 5% ring-fenced into a separate ledger line on day one. Visible to our auditor, reported in the quarterly executive briefing.
You apply free.
One short application form. Means-tested + reviewed monthly. Notification within 30 days. No interview, no presentation — just your motivation in your own words.
Same outcome, no asterisk.
Awarded learners receive the same Cyber Pathway, the same verifiable certificate, the same employer letter, the same Council pipeline introductions — for free or at half-fee.
Who we award seats to.
Pamoja scholarships exist to convert unrealised African talent into employed African analysts. Eligibility is intentionally tight; we want to fund people the state and the market are quietly leaving behind.
- Unwaged South African and African youth aged 18–29
- TVET top-graduates without offers within 6 months of completion
- Persons with disabilities in any of the above brackets
- Means-tested — household income disclosed in application
Awards are made monthly. We publish recipient counts (not names) in the quarterly partner briefing.
Per-quarter target
100% Cyber Pathway covered — R 0 to the learner.
50% Cyber Pathway covered — learner pays the other half once enrolled.
Not a placement guarantee — we promise the work, not the offer. Same Council pipeline introductions as paying learners.
